Enjoy your blog Alice, some interesting reading and you certainly have the Aussie humour. One thing though, are all you Aussies so politically minded ? Sterotypically, you should be drinking a VB ( disgusting stuff too!) on a beach somewhere mate. No time for politics there!! Keep it up.... cheers

btw my husband just told me that someone called 'alice in germany' linked to his site. I thought that was very funny. How small's the world, here I am reading your blog'. The WebDesign wikibook you linked to is my husbands. He teaches Web Design (that might explain why he was the driving force behind me starting a blog).
